OH NO! Anyone, just NO Jessica Simpson! I don't want Brigitte Bardot who is inteligent and interesting person to be somehow connected with Her own denial! Jessica is known as the world's most stupid creature ever. It's not good point.
And I really like Shakira. I mean her voice is sometimes annyoing, but she seems to be a normal down-to-Earth person, but always has something interesting to say. She's a good example I think.
Yes! I forget her! I remember when she started to be famous. She was the only one person, at the time, wearing that kind of very 60's big blond hairs and smokey eyes and that kind of "hippie chic" look! It was in 2002!
Kylie Minogue isn't prominent in American media anymore. I'm thinking about Jessica Simpson. Her popularity is dwindling but she's still a big name.
What do you guys think about Shakira?

Kate Moss appears in many mainstream fashion magazines but she doesn't seem very iconic to me. I can't remember a time when I've heard anyone outside the mainstream media mention her name. I'm not sure if adding her name would have as much impact as Beyonce or Angelina.
Decades from now I think Angelina will be remembered on the same level as Pam, but probably not Kate.
I totally agree for Angelina. About Kate moss: she's a bigger fashion icon (even if she's not original!) than anyone today. Maybe she's not that famous in the US. But she works for the biggest names: Chanel, Vuitton, Burberry.... She's maybe one of the reason why Brigitte's look is coming back today. Because she copies it. But I understand for Pamela. I was just thinking that some girls like Kate or Beyonce are more famous for their good style than Pam (who is known for her bad taste!)

One of my goals is to make this bio compelling to casual readers. I'm considering replacing Pam's name with Kate Moss' since Pam isn't popular anymore, but it seems like she had more of a pop culture impact than Kate. I think it's best to use well-known personalities to draw people in. What do you think?
BB made other good films but for the intro paragraph, I just wanted to list the ones that seem to be the highest points of her career. AGCW was the film that launched her as an international sex symbol, La Verite won her the respect of movie critics, and the last two titles I listed are her other most critically acclaimed films. I could've added my own preference and listed Une Parisienne, and L'ours et..., but those aren't really thought of as a major career highlight.
BTW - I think that while writing about films, you should mention 'En cas de malheur', because it was Her first dramatic role for which She got very good reviews and was called a 'real' actress. I just read some review from Polish magazine from 50s and they were were stunned with B.B.'s performance!
No. The media started to show some respect for her with La Verité. (In France a least) She wrote in Initials BB that it was her "consecration".
Maybe you could talk about Kylie Minogue or Kate Moss rather than Pamela who is "a bit" too vulgar.... Kate Moss is not only a "bb inspired girl", she's a looter!

Oh wow, I'm using Internet Explorer again, and because I wasn't logged there from start I ahd to chance to see the Christmas layout! I think it's wonderful, but it scared me that Brigitte got only knicers on Her, and it's so snowy around Her! PS: But when I logged in, I got the normal layout. How can I change it?

OK, fine, but it's again the same picture from Oscars which I was talking about, and I don't think she looks like B.B. in the other pic! I just read some review from Polish magazine from 50s and they were were stunned with B.B.'s performance! I would also add 'L'ours et la pouppe', since it's Her best comedy and was called "Et Dieu... Creal la femme" 2 at the time of its release, because its success was so huge - with excellent reviews and massive audiencies! 'Boulevard du Rhum' is a film which Brigitte called "one of the best and most difficult" at the same time and it was Her last huge success in Her cinema career. But, oh, well, it's because I'm a maniac of these films

1. I think many people would assume that she started her activism right after her film career ended.
2. What Gia said.
3. Tony Crawley said that Toti worked as a model but it may not have been much of a career, maybe just a few jobs here and there. I had no other info about her life before she had children and wanted to give the readers some kind of background about her, so that's what I wrote.
