Good day to all members and visitors! In order to keep this board more organized (and to keep me from having to post the same messages repeatedly) I've made this directory for threads concerning popular topics. If you don't find your topic of question in this directory, you can also use the 'search' function.
If there's a topic that you think I overlooked or a thread that isn't listed but you think should be, reply in this thread and I'll update this first post.

You're right ! How often I saw american websites talking about the real name of BB ! Even if it seems to beautiful to be true, BB was born Brigitte (Anne-Marie) Bardot and not Camille Javal (which was the name of the character she played in "Contempt").

It's because Godard said while making of the movie something like: "Brigitte Bardot is not playing Camille Javal. She became Camille Javal. Brigitte Bardot actually is Camille Javal.". Somebody must be a real dumb to take these words seriously and make B.B. Camille Javal.
